Well, I kicked off the 10 week transformation with a bang but fell apart sometime after dinner, like I normally due. Then I celebrated by finally getting my period, so my numbers are still sitting pretty much right where I left them. All I can do is start again! Day 2. It's on.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
