Well, I kicked off the 10 week transformation with a bang but fell apart sometime after dinner, like I normally due. Then I celebrated by finally getting my period, so my numbers are still sitting pretty much right where I left them. All I can do is start again! Day 2. It's on.

A successful first day in which I ticked all my nutrition boxes: ate 1,140 calories, drank more than 8 glasses of water, ate every three hours, and recorded everything I ate. Hopefully it shows in the morning. And Thanksgiving will not trip me up. I can exert control. I can do this!

Today is the start of something new, something tangible. Something that will give me a reason to feel good about myself. Everything that was a part of my life last time is gone. Now, all I have to worry about is myself.
