well, i have pigged out on chocolate stuff for a few days and have not neen drinking my water. i havent been feeling well so i have been glued to the couch. i also messed up my progesterone this month which can also cause weight gain. I am not feeling as bad and am at the end of.my period so i plan to get more done today. the last few days my knees and feet have neen bothering me and im sure the extra weight is contributing.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
