oh happy day! 165.6.....TOTAL 65 lbs. LOST since MAY!!! ...new goal wt. 155 lbs. by Valentine's Day!... :)
165.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just re-read your post- that is awesome that you lost all that weight in a matter of 7 months. I just started the Blood Type Diet. I've done hcg (had great results-lost 25 pounds) and Atkins- but keep on tossing the same 10 pounds. I hope to have great success on this plan! I've read a little bit about it, but need to read more. What type are you? I'm type A so I'm going vegetarian as that is what their website says. I still eat fish because I can't buy protein supplements right now, but hope to eventually cut meat out completely. I lost 1.4 pounds my first day! yipee!
