210.8 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1992 kcal Fat: 68.80g | Prot: 110.66g | Carb: 239.24g.   Breakfast: egg beaters, turkey pepperoni, ketchup, pepper mushroom onion, merita smart wheat, I can't believe its not butter. Lunch:  grilled chicken strips , garden salad, oil, spanish olives, compleats chicken breast with mashed potatoe. Dinner: broccoli, stewed tomatoes, ciabatta roll, steak burger omaha steak 4 oz, fat free swiss cheese, sweet relish, ketchup. Snacks/Other: snyder's mini pretzels, hersheys kisses, grapefruit. more...
