Well well well I have to admit that this week I was kind of frustrated because I was weighing myself everymorning and I didn´t see significant changes on my weight however today when I measured my abdomen, waist and hips, I´m extremely happy, I just lost 8 grams however my hips are 2cm less, abdomen 5cm less and waist 4cm less. I know the weight gradually will come off too.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes the scale is not our best weight loss friend! Many of us find that using measurements or how our clothes fit works better, with weighing only once or twice a week.

I totally understand that now Pandasmom, I´m just going to weight in every 2 weeks, but yes I do feel that my pants fits better and seeing the measurements now I know why. :)
