Why the sad face? Aren't you feeling well? Is this early in your change to Atkins - I can't see your start date on this page? (if so, you may still be making the adjustment).

Oh no...I've been doing low-carb for a long time. Joined this back in May and restarted Atkins strictly with induction. Had gotten down to 166.4, and as you can see, back up to 172. After gaining over Thanksgiving I buckled down and dropped almost 5 lbs (figuring some was water weight). The back up to 172 had me bummed. I know at my age I really have to watch the calories. It's discouraging. Thanks for the support!
