i bought fruit and veggies and wheat flat bread for sandwiches. i have not started working out and im still stuffing my face alot. i have been sick for a few days so i have really done nothing. but sit on the couch. i still have a sore throat but am trying to do my morning routine
194.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
