Not the weight loss I'd hoped for bc I was really good. Camping was hard food wise. Cinnamon rolls, s'mores hot dogs. Beer lol. But I passed. Now I did have katchup with my bun less burger but I couldn't help myself. Good news is there was a drop. Any drop after a weekend away is good. No gain no gain. Yeah! Now I have a class in Branson mo today all day and they always feed us well. I'll have my cucumbers, bell peppers , apple and boiled eggs ready. Hope everyone had a wonderful forth of July. Celebrate freedom in all we do. Including weight loss.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
