Instead of just eating okay, which I didn't even do in the first place for 2-3 days. I also exercised about 2-3 times this week for around 30 mins. I also took the formula for 2 or 3 days though one day...yesterday, the formula did nothing, I still ate like a piggy
261.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
