Well. started eating healhty again like a week ago, I haven´t lost much, since last Friday my weight was 175.2 so maybe like a pounds in a week, I´m not in a rush so I´ll just keep eating well and incorporating exercise back to my life
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
