It was Father's Day weekend here. I am super excited to only see a one pound gain. That is just normal fluctuation to me. I did see the scale hit 256 late last week, and I am determined to get to the 255 mark by the 4th of July. But, we will see what happens. I can only do it if I'm dedicated to do it. Well, hope you all had a great weekend. And have a wonderful week.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
