Back down to my comfort rang. I've eaten a bit better and had a great cycle session yesterday. I need a little cushion 'cuz Kelli and I are headed to Vegas and a lot of great food!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
