That's it. I've arrived. I don't know how I feel about that. Excited? Sure!! But I feel like maybe I ought to go a little farther...Nice to have made it before the holidays, though. That means I've done it in just over 11 months.

144.2 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb. Still to go: 8.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

80 pounds! That is amazing! Congratulations. I'm sorry that you don't feel as accomplished as you should. Even if you can be a little farther you have made it a long way and you accomplished your goal. Now you know where you are now and can decide where to go from there. Take credit for what you have done, you did GREAT!
