Day 4 of 3rd 6 wks, SUCCESS!!! (btwn 135-140 x 6wks while adding foods), 137.4, 36.3% body fat, musc mass 83/2, keto trace, ellipticle 45 min level 7.

Breakfast Atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half x2, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet pepsi, dinner turkey, swill cheese, blue cheese dressing, sweet pickles, 2 (!) vanilla ice cream choc covered low carb (5 each) bars.

3 xtras/4 days
137.4 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
