3 grilled eggs w onions and mushrooms. Bread. Eggnog. Coffee. Lunch golden corral. Seafood salad, meats (none fried) lima beans, corn unsweet tea. Dinner rotisserie ck and avocado.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
