So excited to see 127.5 when I jumped on the scale this morning! I know I was only going to write short term goals, but what the heck ... I hope to be 124.9 by next Monday. I know that is a BIG goal, but hopefully I can do it! Okay ... no ... not hopefully ... I know I CAN do it. I know what it takes so that is what I am going to do. My short term goals for today is to workout and stay on track with my points. That shouldn't be too hard because I will hopefully get off work early today and be able to fit that in my schedule as well as get to bed a little bit earlier! I hope all of my FS friends have a great productive week ... I look forward to seeing everyone with positive results!
127.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
