wow! i really need to put in some effort. this is bad. time to see if i can get Jen and Sherri on board to make an effort towards healther living. My first baby sfeps will be to eat a healthy breakfast, and start walkingg the dog daily. its almost noon now so its practically lunch time. time to stock up on veggies and brown rice. cut down on white carbs. so 195 x 7= 1365 calories per day according to the biggest loser books.
