Not sure whats happening. My plateau is heading upwards now. Still 100% compliant. Who knows, but I am owning the increase and being honest with myself. Still feeling great. Hope you all are having a great weekend.

I find mine bounces around during the week, even when by the end of the week it's a solid loss. Don't worry about it too much - if you're sticking to the plan and having less calories than you're using, there's no way you can be gaining fat.
