Had another weigh in at the same. At least I am not going down. Had my first sweet thing in 3 weeks and 6 days. I had some 100ml thickened cream and a flat teaspoon of Nutella stired through. I know that it is not really a good thing to have, but it was around 6 carbs in total and I am still going to keep my carbs under 20g, so I hope that it isn't too bad for my weight loss. Sometimes you just have to go with what you need.
