logging a gain but im pretty sure I know why and Im not peeved at all. Ive been off plan for a days due to limited mobility related to my carpel tunnel so DH has been doing the cooking and doing his best but he works two jobs and I dont like asking for too much when I know he is tired. So I had some of this and that.. AND the labels on my meds read "may cause weight gain" its just for two weeks and its prolly water anyway. Today I tried to get back " on schedule" and did some hitt at lunch and will try and lift/cardio what I can. Im starting a new meal plan tomorrow (bc today is grocery day) and Im looking forward to that change tomorrow. Its mainly low carb with a few non low carb things like sweet potato but its not enough to make a huge difference in net per day. Its something like 40 net per day but thats really what Im at now. I just need the change/ break and will pu low carb 100 % in a month . this plan is more like maintenance which is where I should be any way. Im not changing my 'diet' on FS though.And this new plan calls for cardio 2 x a week. Im looking foward that. Pushing thru ! Onward!!. xoxo

You will be fine. Just stay focused! good luck there with the new diet. I think cardio is important, and many disregard it. I think many worry about their heart beating so fast, but with doctors backup, most are just fine. Keep up the great work.

thanks warren. I didnt make it to the gym tonite and only got that hitt in at lunch so tomorrow will be my official start day of the new program. I got all my supplies and am doing some meal prep that i didnt do yesterday bc I wanted to wait to shop today. Feeling good about my choices and plans and hope to get my act together tomorrow. I just wasnt feeling it with the meds and some minor pain so I listened to my body and focused on planning instead. BUT tomorrow I plan to attack!

Redgirl, you will get through this. Carpal tunnel is a PITA nd hurts. You know my theory, eat little or no processed and whole foods with lots of veggies. You will do fine--also if you check the Mayo Clinic Diet very anti inflammatory, especially if you avoid the red meat.

HCB YES and it starts today ! @WF, i went shopping last night and bought nothing but fresh fruits and veggies, natural peanut butter, chicken breast , cottage cheese. I didnt buy any read meat and only processed food i got was some bread for DH's lunches and some rice cakes for the kid. I didnt buy one soda, crystal light, low carb bar or anything. Instead i opted for almond milk and flax for my vegan protein and 2 dozen farm fresh eggs straight off the farm !

Mine will often do multiple posts especially if I jump on at work. Drives me crazy!! Good for you on your shopping trip!!
