Restarted my Ketogenic diet after more research. And on day 3, my ketone level was 0.3, goal is 0.5 to 3.0. I will recheck it in about 4 days, I know it can take a couple weeks to keto adapt. I am also taking my Keto OS which will just make it all so much better and easier.
