So far maintenance is going well. Now eating 1500-1600 calories a day and walking my 10000-15000 steps most days. Staying mindful of my why's and enjoying my meals. :-)
161.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
