ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.........I hope this is nothing more than too salty a pizza last night. I have been so good this week.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
