I want to use this challenge as an opportunity to take small steps to reach my big goals! It will help me a lot to just remember to log in to FS on the weekends and record a journal entry! My goal today is to finish up the day on target with 20 pts and to make it to the gym for some strength training.
129.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
