Slow and steady back on track. Aiming for 10,000 steps a day and a 1000 calorie deficit each day. It has worked in the past and I am ready to get back on track. Setbacks are a set up for a comeback. (Jolley)
247.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
