Its Friday wohoo. Got my Fit-Bit on Monday night so I am now working on meeting my steps goal and I made it yesterday and my goal is to meet it all weekend long. Most weekends I veg out because I am so tired and stressed from the work week that I just like to lay around and watch TV and not think on the weekends. I have been tracking my calories also and so far I have used more than I have consumed but I have only lost .5 on the scale so I think I need to work more on that and am hoping to show better process on Monday when I officially weigh in but its Mom's day on Sunday and my daughter wants to take me out so it will be hard.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wear my fitbit everyday...I hope to get the alta soon...it really is a motivator!! Happy Mothers Day, and go enjoy your Mothers Day with your daughter one meal is not going to break your plan...portion control...and good choices for YOU!!

I just got a Misfit. Trying to do 10,000 steps a day. Haven't made it so far. But I'll keep trying.
