Aww one week on the 7 day challange and I made it! I lost 3 lbs! If I can take it day by day and stretch it into week by week I may finally accomplish this! I don't want to reward myself with a "day off" of the diet, I can't go shopping, I think a good pat on the back will be good enough for now. :0)
