Ok...so I'm off the "plateau"...apparently I just needed a "good talking to" (thnx M!), then smarten up and get a little more serious. Still looking to drop a few more pounds before I reach my maintenance weight, whatever that will be...but truthfully there is not a lot of fat left to go. I would sure like to pick up a little more upper body muscle though as I have lost a wee bit in the shoulders, arms and upper back from only being able to do light upper body work since my back issue mid Feb. Thank you all...Suzy, Brenda, Ches, Warren, Christine, HCB and SjF...sorry I haven't been able to keep up on here...work and other obligations. Back is progressing well Warren, still needs icing every time I do anything too repetitive or strenuous...but that is expected and not something I am supposed to worry about.
