Should have been more but I took Sunday off and enjoyed the day with my wife. We ate Eastern NC style barbecue, fried chicken, slaw, potatoes, and Brunswick Stew oh and hush puppies. Once and while I have to deviate to shake up my body. Mainly water weight from sodium so flushing will be attempted today. Did well with steps over the weekend but Sunday truly was a day of rest.
246.8 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My husband and I have CHEAT DAY once a week. If you can't have what you might be craving you might fall off the weight loss horse. Last week I was craving chicken tacos. Got'ed on Wednesday and I was sated.

That was my thinking. I am satisfied today and I plan to work in the yard today to get the sweat flowing.

When you've eaten a lot of sodium, eat a lot of potassium rich foods to counteract it. I had a very big restaurant meal while a friend came out to visit. On the day we were going out to dinner, I made sure to eat a very light breakfast and lunch. Still came in just under my (so far pretty generous) calorie goal.
