weight has been floating between 66 and 67kg for a few months now but given im sleeping on a floor with no kitchen access I'm happy to stay at this weight until circumstances change. Awesome shoulder work out today. strict press weights up with a new 10rep max. Passed level 3 Fitranx on Saturday without breaking a sweat and given I've had less than 20 hours sleep in two weeks it could be worse. Expecting a drop off in performance soon as CNS must be taking a battering.... so of course I'm starting Brazilian Ju Jitsu on Sunday. 2 lessons back to back. Find what you love and let it kill you.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
