eggs w bell peppers chz and ham.
ping pong lunch. teriyaki chicken white rice shrimp w steamed veggies and another i think fried chicken like general tso but not. Dinner was an afterthough from late day at gym. pb crackers appla lara bar. big glass of milk.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
