Eggs @ home. chicken guac and cheese on a biscuit. Lunch Tuna salad salad @ work w fat free rasp vin dressing. din: ham and cheese w spinach wrap.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
