Day 7- Alright! 3 pounds in one week! I got my awesome heart rate monitor and used it today! I burned like 968 calories during my spin class! AMAZING! My guess is usually like 500 or 600. I am pretty stoked! :)
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
