Woooo! I really had my doubts about today's weigh-in, because I basically had 2 cheat days this week (weekend getaway), but I guess pushing a stroller around SeaWorld on Saturday and wearing my son as a weight vest all over the Riverwalk on Sunday cancelled it all out. Not to mention I've been busting my ass all week with 22 Minute Hard Corps! I'm so happy to be back on track.
Also, I met a mini goal! 240 lbs marks a 20% loss (60 pounds)!!!
239.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I really hate weigh-ins they can be so stressful and we put so much pressure on ourselves, you are doing great.

Cheat days are not a bad thing if kept to only 1 or 2/week. I regularly schedule cheat days into my diet, it allows me to not be crazy thinking of the things i'll NEVER get to eat again, and lets my body reset itself. it has worked for me in the past and it will most assuredly work for me in the future. The secret to cheat days is to not have a cheat day every day and to schedule them ahead of time, not decide on spur of momnent today is a cheat day i'll do better tomorrow. Just my experience though

Incredible! Joy to you! What a creative idea about holding your baby to help burn more calories. Betcha he loved the extra mama cuddles during your fun trip.

Totally @Debinator. My diet basically requires a cheat day a week (hooray!), which I usually do on Saturdays, and I am ordinarily very strict on myself. But I had momentary weakness on Sunday, our last day visiting with out family and I indulged when I typically wouldn't. I was kicking myself the rest of the day, and I know I can't let this loss fool me into thinking this behaviour is cool every weekend! I am a big believer and preacher of "Delay, don't deny!" So many people fail because they can't handle the restrictions of a dietime, and it's exactly what you were saying. They get obsessed with what they can't have "ever again." IMO, it's a recipe for failure. Thanks for your comments! :)

Ugh. So many typos. I have a new phone and I am still not used to its autocorrect, which seems to be different from my old phone. Also, I forgot to thank everyone else for their comments! Thanks, y'all! 😉

That is so awesome! I am very proud of you... I hit a wall after a good number of pounds but NEVER give up! I started at 310 lbs and I hit 213. It is so worth the sacrifice and the fight. You'll find out, I'm convinced.

Now that I think about it, having a stroller is great for weightloss! You have your handles (to put all your stuff on and some of the baby's:) you then have to lug around this 30 lb thing! Bonus points if you go uphill !! And i can't forget getting in/out of the car... That alone deserves a mention.. Double points if it's raining outside! Oh gosh how I miss those stroller days!
