2nd day of the diet phase. Yesterday I had.......
1 small chicken breast
spinach
melba toast
tea coffee
1 apple 1 orange
a couple of deviled eggs (that was not planned & is not part of diet)
186.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
