Progress has been slow....I'm mostly working on maintenance but I am not at my goal yet. I'm joining with some friends for a Spring Challenge. I hope to lose another five during the challenge, which would put me into the 160's and would get me past the 50 lb. goal. Thankful I am this far and that I have learned new habits. Feeling blessed.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go for it!! The spring challenge sounds great. You can do it, Stick with the process. Keep learning. You'll get there. Focus on a concrete action (it can be a small one) that improves your healthy habits in the long run and work at getting better at whatever action/behavior you choose and the scale will follow. Keep up the good work!!! You will make it.
