You have lost 156 lb. OMG - that is freakin' amazing. I just checked out your weight history and had to do a double take. Congrats, that is truly awesome. 181 lb. Man o man, that is awesome. I am sure there must be times when you don't realize you weigh so 'little'? Has it really sunk in, that you are a whole new person.

I've actually lost more than that. If you look at the weight history you'll realise it starts earlier and from a higher point. Right now, it's a total of 199 pounds from my starting point.

Oh wow, that's even more amazing, if something can be more than amazing. 199 lb. I'm almost speechless - lol. Much admiration. I have lost just over 60 lb and am struggling these days to find my mojo to keep going. Going in the wrong direction at the moment. Wish food was just fuel and not an emotional panacea for all that ails me. I can't believe that you've lost almost 200 lb! Incredible. Good job just doesn't seem like accolade enough!

Wow Fledgist - you have lost a whole person, and not just a whole person, but a whole overweight person!!!! Well done - I hope you have a serious party planned when you get to 25!!

I don't have a party planned. I do have some long term plans that involve keeping up my diet and exercise programme. Sarah's Mum: 60 lbs, more than four stone, is a lot of weight to have shed. That's a wonderful achievement.
