Still slacking...been working out but not eating well
183.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Remove all of the "not good" food from your house. If it's not there to tempt you then you wont eat it :) You'll get back on track.
