I am struggling with all the junk we have available during the Halloween season but I keep working toward success! As I mentioned before, I am not in a race to loose weight fast, I want a permanent lifestyle change. I still eat between 1800 and 1900 calories on a normal day and I exercise at least four times a week/40 minutes, getting my heart rate up to 144 or higher. The days I don't make it to the treadmill, I make sure I am busy doing a lot of walking or other exercise (like cleaning). It is exciting to have one pair of pants that is too big now. I have gone down one size and my skin is not baggy from loosing weight too fast. Personal morning prayer has been a good time for me to ask for help with my goal.
