a week of eating healthy and good gym work outs = 1lb loss? My first weigh in made me the same as last week, but 2 hours later i was 1lb less at 129lbs.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ignore the fluctuations, weigh in same day, same time each week and follow the trend over a longer period. Water will make a big difference to your weight, so just don't get psyched by these swings. Think long term, you're 66% to your goal that's positive! If you have stalled, mix up the diet: keep the cals down but eat things you've been leaving out.
