A funeral, viewing, extra duties at work and school really have put a stress on me. While I feel I have tried to follow my diet.. I think I am gaining weight from all the stress. Hopefully now that the funeral is over, I can get back on track.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
