My uric acid shot up so I had to tame down on proteins and put back some carbs like rice, oats and whole wheat bread... But I still am losing weight... Not bad! I was scared to stand on the scale
193.6 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.3 lb a week
