Even though in my timeline it looks like a gain, I actually had a bigger gain after last weekend, which I did not record...I'm actually down around 3 lbs. from that!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
