cparker's Journal, 14 March 2016

Ok. So I was pretty discouraged Friday. I hadn't been sleeping because of pain in my hip, knee, and lower back. Saturday night I hit an all time low when I slept only about an hour and a half. Got up the next morning for church, went to get coffee, and discovered my 16 y/o step son had gotten the last of it. (Mind you, he pours a big mug and pours the majority of it out later :-/) anyway, I went on to church and dozed off. I never do that. Needless to say, when I got home I went to bed and slept all afternoon. Then went back to bed and 9:30 and slept all night, except for when my back started hurting again. Anyway, I woke up this morning and discovered I've lost three pounds since Friday. I can't be convinced that getting all that sleep yesterday and last night didn't help. I sure feel better, even if I hadn't lost anything.

Thank you! I have also decided to go back to logging my food on here instead of fitbit. On fitbit it goes by calories burned for how much you need to eat, but I just don't know how accurate it is for me. Plus, here on FS, I can as buddy to look at my food diary to make suggestions for me. What I used to do doesn't work :( My body has changed a bit over the past 7-8 years I guess.
