Feeling good, leg soreness after walking 3 miles. Cutting it back to 2 seems to fix it. Hope to add bicycles to the mix soon. Diet is going well, worried about the upcoming holidays and dieting.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
