No harm, no foul. Inspite of brief flirtations with higher carb foods, namely a bit of sushi, and tempura shrimp; I didn't gain any weight this past week. I was also concerned about the fact that I had gone over on my RDI of calories, on a couple of days. Although we don't, necessarily, count calories while on Atkins; I don't want want to get into the habit of going overboard with that. My goal for this week, once again, will be to stay away from the low carb breads, and simply to stick to the basics of Atkins. I'm certainly hoping to record a weight loss, next week, so that I can finally drop below 300 lbs. :-)
307.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So glad you didn't gain. Wish I didn't gain either, doesn't take much for me. All the best to you, you'll be below 300 by next week. You are really doing well. :)

You will do it, I have been going over a little on my calories as well, but have to get below 200 why is it such a struggle when so close.......we will do this.......
