I'm getting back on. I've gained back a solid 10 lbs, and I'm sick of it. I'm beginning again to count calories to the best of my ability, considering at least one of my daily meals is of unknown calories. I have been going to the gym regularly, I have a plan with a trainer that should get me in 5 days a week, but I don't honestly have that kind of time every week. I do my best, I definitely get 3 in, most of the time 4 or 5. I'm putting in all this effort in the working-out department, only to negate it with terrible eating habits. I have terrible impulse control... but I have never once taken a piece of cake from the cafeteria, so I know I *can* control myself... and I've done this before. Back on the horse. Back on the horse...
