Walking every evening with wife, at least 2 miles. Stepping up the intensity a bit. Doing pretty good at watching calories (trying to stay under 1500). Weight is simply not coming off yet. I do see changes in my body.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
