Been doing horrible. going to try and get back to it on Sunday. Going out with the girls tomorrow night. need to do something fast. did really good at the start of the year. but being at stay at home mom, get bored during nap times and eat just because. need to figure something out soon, to do when kids are napping to not just stuff my face.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

what if u chewed gum or did some floor exercises or read magazines, surfed the net, sit on the porch, talk on the phone?? trying to help ya .. I stay home w/ my 3 too. I tend to eat more, when I lose sleep so maybe we should nap w/ them, lol. It's hard I know but I wish you the best of luck on losing it girl!
